Please note Hank’s Food cannot be held responsible for any third party information provided on this website, this includes duty and tax charges in overseas countries.
Any order placed by you via this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order. Hank’s Food reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the production description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. If Hank’s Food accepts your offer, that offer becomes binding on you and Hank’s Food, subject to any express provision of these terms to the contrary.
When we receive your order, you will receive email notification from Hank’s Food listing the items ordered and shipping charges, delivery address, estimated shipping times and shipping carrier. This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing.
Hank’s Food ships online orders within Australia, to Australia only. To enquire about shipping to any other destination, please contact us.
In the unlikely event you place an order for a Hank’s Food item that has temporarily sold out, Hank's will notify you within two working days of the estimated time of delivery.
Dispatch and Delivery
All online orders are dispatched from Hank’s Food during normal Eastern Australian business hours.
Delivery Within Australia
Due to the fragile nature of Hank’s Food products, certain couriers will not leave goods with somebody that is not the named person on the delivery documentation. Therefore, if your order needs to be accepted by someone other than yourself, their details must be included in the special instructions for your delivery. Please ensure your shipping details include your street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing. The Hank’s Food insurance only applies until the order is delivered to your nominated address, after which any items are wholly at your risk.
