Gourmet Hot Dogs

Ingredients:
6 Pork Sausages
2 purple onions, halved, thinly sliced
6 brioche hot dog rolls
60g pkt baby rocket
200g brie, thinly sliced
Hanks Tomato Chutney
METHOD:

Serves 6

1. Heat a fry pan over medium heat (or BBQ Grill). Add sausages and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a tray. Add the onion and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside with the sausages.
2. Cut the brioche buns lengthways (don’t cut all the way through) and divide the rocket, slices of brie, sausages & cooked onion between the buns.
3. Top with a tablespoon of Hanks Tomato Chutney. Serve immediately.
